Issue with Optifine and this mod

I've installed the optifine mod but in the mods list optifine isn't showing up and the optifine profile doesn't seem to be able to have mods so I can't use optifine with any other mods, I only installed it after the MW mod crashed with my 1.12.2 profile and I cannot fix this, is there anyway to get it to work without downgrading forge?
